I. General

a. The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

b. The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal information. As far as on our sides personal data (for example name, address or E-Mail addresses) are collected, this takes place, as far as possible, always on optional basis. These data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent. 

c. Please note that data transmission over the Internet (for example, when communicating via e-mail) may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible.

III.  Data collection

1) Server Log-File

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. 

These are:

  • Browser type / browser version
  • used operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request

These data cannot be assigned to specific persons. A merge of this data with other data sources will not be done. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively, if we become aware of specific indications for illegal use.

 

2) Cookies

a) The internet pages partly use so-called cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and stored by your browser.

b)  Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize your browser the next time of your visit.

3) Use of web analysis programs

aa This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). We include maps from the Google Maps service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The processed data may include, in particular, users' IP addresses and location data, but these are not collected without their consent (usually as part of the settings of their mobile devices). c) more Google Tools:
We also use Google Analytics to analyze data from AdWords and the Double-Click Cookie for statistical purposes. If you do not want to do this, you can disable it through the Ads Preferences Manager (http://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/?hl=en).

V. Privacy on online applications

1) Data collection
As part of your online application, we collect and process the following personal application data:

  • salutation
  • name, given name
  • address
  • phone numbers land line / mobile
  • e-mail

Application documents (letter of application, curriculum vitae, certificates, certificates, etc.)

2) Purpose of data collection / dissemination
a) The collection and processing of your personal application data is exclusively earmarked for the filling of positions within our corporate group. As a general rule, your data will only be forwarded to the internal offices and specialist departments responsible for the specific application procedure, unless you give us (via our application form) the approval to consider your application for other suitable positions.

b) Please note that the data provided by you may be used to compile statistics on the (online) application process. These statistics are produced solely for their own purposes and are never personalized, but in anonymous form.

3) Legal basis
The collection / processing of your data in accordance with § 26 BDSG (new) (so far still § 32 BDSG), or with your consent.
 

4) Retention period of the application data
A deletion of your personal application data is generally a maximum of 6 months after completing the application process. This does not apply insofar as statutory provisions preclude deletion, further storage is necessary for the purpose of providing evidence or you have expressly consented to a longer storage period.
 

5) Data security
In order to protect the data collected in the context of your application against manipulation and unauthorized access, we have taken various technical and organizational precautions. In particular, the transmission of your online application is encrypted, in accordance with the currently recognized state of the art.
 

6) Right to information and revocation
If you have questions about the collection, processing or use of your personal data, or in cases of information, correction or deletion of data, as well as revocation of granted consent, please contact our data protection officer.
